How to delete pages from a PDF
- Add your PDF. Each page shows up as a thumbnail so you can see what you are about to drop.
- Every page starts selected. Press Clear selection, then tick the pages to remove — or use Select range with numbers such as
1,5-9,12. - Press Remove selected. The pages leave the plan; the remaining pages renumber themselves.
- Press Export PDF to save what is left as a new file.
You are keeping most of the document
This is the page for the common case: a blank sheet from the scanner, an internal cover page, a duplicate that got in twice, an appendix the recipient does not need. You keep the document and take a few pages out of it.
If the opposite is true — you want a handful of pages and none of the rest — Extract PDF Pages starts from your selection instead and writes just those pages into a new file. Same workspace, opposite starting point.
Removing a page never touches your file
"Remove" here means "leave out of the output". The page disappears from the plan on screen and from the file you export, and your original PDF on disk is untouched. If you change your mind before exporting, Undo brings the page back.
The pages you keep are copied structurally, so their text, links and page sizes survive unchanged.
Editing and re-exporting a PDF can invalidate an existing digital signature. The original file stays exactly as it was.

Can I get a removed page back?
Yes, before you export — Undo restores it to the plan. After exporting, your original file still has every page, so you can start again from it.
Is there a quick way to delete a long run of pages?
Type the range. 12-40 selects that whole stretch in one go, and you can mix ranges with single pages: 1,12-40,55.
Does the remaining document get renumbered?
The page positions in the workspace renumber so the plan stays readable. Page numbers printed inside the pages themselves are part of the content and do not change.
Can I remove pages from a scanned PDF?
Yes. Scanned pages are images inside a PDF; removing them works the same way, and the pages you keep are not re-compressed.
Is anything uploaded?
No. The file is opened and rewritten locally in your browser.
