How to combine a PDF with images
- Add your files together — PDFs and PNG, JPG or WebP images in the same go.
- Each image becomes its own page and lines up with the PDF pages in one list.
- Drag an image to where it belongs: a photo after the cover, a signed scan at the end, a diagram between two chapters.
- Press Export PDF to write one document containing all of it.
Why the images don't look out of place
A photo from a phone is several thousand pixels wide, which has nothing to do with the size of a printed page. If the workspace already contains a document, each image page takes the page size that document is using, and the picture is fitted inside it without cropping — so an A4 report does not suddenly get a page the size of a poster.
If you would rather have the page match the picture exactly, or want a standard sheet regardless, the Layout option next to the export button offers those choices for the image pages you are exporting. Pages that came from a PDF always keep their own size either way.
Two kinds of pages in one file
Pages that came from a PDF are copied structurally: their text stays selectable and their links keep working. Pages that came from an image are pictures by nature, so they are embedded as pictures — that is what an image page is, not a loss of quality along the way.
Document metadata and bookmarks come from the first PDF you added that still has pages in the result; they are not merged across sources, and images never contribute them.
Editing and re-exporting a PDF can invalidate an existing digital signature. Your original files stay unchanged.

Yes. Images to PDF is for image-only jobs and has extras such as rotation and AI upscaling. This page is for when at least one source is already a PDF.
Do my photos get uploaded?
No. The images are decoded and embedded inside your browser.
