How to combine images into a PDF
- Select or drop your images. PNG, JPG and WebP are accepted, and you can add more at any point.
- Put the pages in order: drag a thumbnail, or use the ‹ › buttons on it. You can also rotate an image, remove one, or click a thumbnail to view it larger.
- Pick a page size — original image size, A4 or A3 — then press Merge & Export PDF.
Private by design
Images are decoded, laid out and written into a PDF inside your browser tab. Your images are not uploaded and are not sent to a third-party service.
The page downloads the jsPDF library it uses to build the file, and — only if you turn on 2x or 4x upscaling — an image model of a few megabytes. Both are program files; your images do not leave the browser either way.
What this tool supports

- Per-image editing rotate in 90° steps, preview at full size, and remove.
- Page size keep each image's own dimensions, or fit every page to A4 or A3.
- Upscaling an optional 2x or 4x AI enhancement. It runs in your browser and works better on photos and illustrations than on very small text, where it can invent detail that was not in the original. Leave it at 1x if the images contain fine print.
- Output one PDF containing every page, in order. Pages are stored as JPEG inside the PDF, so expect a modest quality trade-off in exchange for a much smaller file.
- Size no fixed limit; large batches are bounded by your device's memory. The upscale factor is reduced automatically when a page would exceed what a PDF can hold.

Are my images uploaded?
No. Everything happens in your browser, and your images are not sent to YUQUE or to any other service.
Can I change the order of the pages?
Yes. Reorder the images before export — drag a thumbnail, or use the ‹ › buttons on it — and the PDF follows the order shown in the preview.
Can I mix JPG, PNG and WebP in one PDF?
Yes. The three formats can be combined freely in the same document.
What does the upscale option do?
It enlarges each image with an AI model before the PDF is written, which can make a low-resolution photo or illustration look cleaner at print size. It is not a good idea for pages of small text: the model can produce plausible-looking characters that were never in the original. For documents, stay at 1x.
