What is YUQUE?
YUQUE is a small, independent set of tools for the jobs that come up around files and everyday data: converting an image, reordering the pages of a PDF, repacking an archive, generating a QR code, checking a rate. Each tool is a single focused page that opens instantly and does one thing well.

How your data is handled

Processed in your browser
Most tools here process your files entirely inside your browser tab. The file is read from your disk into memory, converted on your own machine, and written back out as a download. Your files are not uploaded to YUQUE servers and there is no server-side copy to delete afterwards. This covers the image, PDF, archive, QR code and signature tools.

Tools that use the network
Two tools need the network, and they say so on their own page. The currency converter fetches public exchange rates from third-party rate APIs — rates only, never your input. The translator sends the text you type to Google’s public translation endpoint, because the translation happens there and not on your device. If that matters for a particular text, don’t paste it into the translator.

No account needed
You do not need an account to use any tool. Signing in with Google is optional and does exactly one thing: it saves the order of your tool list so it follows you between devices. Everything else — your language choice, your sidebar state — stays in your own browser’s local storage.

Anonymous usage counts
We keep anonymous usage counts so we know which tools are worth improving: which page was opened, its interface language, the referring site, an approximate country, a desktop/mobile flag and randomly generated visit identifiers. No file names, no file contents, no text you typed, and no personal identifiers are collected.
